Meet at Gary’s house for tea coffee and pastries at 9.30am Sunday 14th September then off to tame the jaguar.

Good luck to everyone taking part in events this month including pedal for Scotland, aquathon, next weeks triathlon, tweedale sportive and oban sportive. G

. Midweek runs will now be at 6.00pm Tuesday and Wednesday I can’t make it at that time but it allows those who can another few weeks of daylight rides. G
