Greenock Glenpark Harriers present the Gourock Duathlon, a race over the classic distance of 5k run/20k bike/5k run . For several years Danny McLaughlin of Greenock Glenpark Harriers has been hosting his “Danny’s Duathlon” as a small race for club members and friends, initially from Greenock Sports Centre, before moving to Gourock, which offers both a flat 5k run route and and fast 20k cycle route. Now Danny is opening up this event for public entry, with the Gourock Duathlon taking place in August each year!
