We are delighted that Grangemouth Triathlon Club will be hosting The Helix Novice Duathlon Festival! This is a novice event to give those who have never taken part in a Duathlon a chance to try it out for fun. Our Duathlon is suitable for ages 8 and above, the event is for both first time duathlon participants and triathlon clubs in the area. All abilities are welcome. We will be holding and adult & youth race as well as a kids race. ​ New in 2017 is our unique Relay Duathlon. Mixed teams of four (2 females & 2 males & mixed age categories) will compete for the ultimate team event prize ( adults only) All four will complete a shorter route of the full duathlon course.So every team member will do a run/cycle/run.
